Thank you for shopping with Delarue Studios! We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help you with returns and exchanges. Please read our return policy below to learn more about the process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Sale items can’t be returned. You can only exchange them for a bigger size (if available).
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Need to return your order? No worries. Simply start your return through https://dlr-studios.returnless.com by following the steps in our return portal.

   Once your return has been approved, you can choose the option that suits you best:

   • A full refund to your original payment method.
   • A Delarue Studios gift card with an extra 6% added to its value, giving you more to spend on your next order.

3. Bundle discounts

Bundle discounts are available only when all items included in the bundle are kept. If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will be forfeited, and the remaining item(s) will be charged at their regular retail price. The refund issued will reflect this adjustment.

Please Note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
